According to the Associated Press presidential hopeful Ron Paul (D-TX) has joined in the Apple iPhone craze:

WASHINGTON — Long-shot presidential candidate Ron Paul is capitalizing on the latest in technology — Apple’s iPhones. Paul’s campaign said Monday that iPhone users would be able to call up his Web site and check out online videos and other material.

The Lake Jackson congressman has support through the Internet but barely registers in public polls.

If I paid six hundred bucks (which I won’t) for one of these phone, I guarantee you that I would find better things to look at than Ron Paul’s website. I’ll even save you the six hundred dollars and you can look —> here.

  1. Actually, Ron Paul may be the most technologically savvy of all the Presidential candidates – he supports private enterprise in space, opposes FCC regulation of media, etc. Not suprising that his campaign is enlisting iPhones. In my case, I support Ron Paul as at least the best Republican candidate, and see the iPhone as a major step forward – I’ve been writing about it since 1979
